Terms & Conditions
1. General
KlaarNu is a service of DAV Construct. These terms and conditions apply to all services and work carried out by DAV Construct under the name KlaarNu.
2. Services
KlaarNu provides small renovation, maintenance and installation services as listed on the website. All work is performed on a best-efforts basis.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the website are including VAT.
Parking fees and materials are not included, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Inspection
An inspection can be arranged if requested.
The cost is €50, equal to 1 hour of labour.
5. Hourly calculation
The first hour is the minimum. After that, time is rounded per half hour.
6. Payment
Invoicing takes place after the work has been completed.
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 7 days after the invoice date.
7. Cancellation
If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, 1 hour of labour will be charged.
8. Warranty
A standard 3-month warranty applies to all work performed, unless agreed otherwise.
The warranty becomes void in case of improper use, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
9. Service area
KlaarNu operates in the Northern Netherlands.
Work outside this area is possible on request.
10. Liability
DAV Construct is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by materials supplied by the customer.
11. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
